The first 9 months of 2014 show an increase of 25% in volume and 22% in sales for Val d’Orbieu Asia, effectively justifying the investments of the Group in the Asia-Pacific zone.

DESPITE THE GENERAL SLOWING DOWN OF GROWTH WITHIN THE ZONE, THE GROUP HAS DOUBLED ITS ACTIVITY TO REACH ITS 5 YEAR GOALS IN ONLY 3 YEARS WITH ANTICIPATED SALES OF 10 MILLION EUROS FOR THE END OF 2014.
THIS PERFORMANCE IS THE RESULT OF A STRATEGY OF IMPLANTATION OF A COMMERCIAL NETWORK OF EXPERIENCED SALES MANAGERS, FLUENT IN EACH LANGUAGE, COVERING THE WHOLE ZONE WITH PARTICULAR EMPHASIS ON TAIWAN, MAINLAND CHINA, HONG KONG, THAILAND AND KOREA.
WITH A SALES TEAM OF 10 COVERING THESE 5 STRATEGIC MARKETS, THE GROUP INTENDS TO FURTHER ACCELERATE ITS DEVELOPMENT IN ASIA THROUGH THE IMPLANTATION OF SUBSIDIARIES IN OTHER KEY MARKETS IN THE ZONE.
ITS SUCCESS IS ALSO BASED ON THE ABILITY OF THE GROUP, AS THE N° 1 FRENCH WINERY, TO SUPPLY VOLUMES AND STYLES OF WINE ADAPTED TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASIAN MARKET, WITH A RANGE OF OFFERS THAT COVER BOTH QUALITY AND INNOVATION.
